All products available on Pixel Malayali are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive instant access to your purchased files.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a product has been downloaded or delivered.
Eligible Exceptions
We may provide a replacement or assistance if:
You receive the wrong product.
Your download link does not work.
The downloaded files are corrupted or incomplete.
You experience a verified technical issue caused by our files.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.
